We are delighted to have won “Best Payments Industry Newcomer” at The Card and Payments Awards 2017, which took place at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on February 2.

The Card and Payments Awards recognise customer service, excellence and innovation in the UK and Irish payments industry.

Now in its 12th year, many eligible organisations compete for one of these prestigious awards, which are judged by an independent panel of industry experts.

The judges noted: “[We find it] refreshing to see this kind of supplier, providing a unique and comprehensive service. The industry is changing and this is an important area.

Launched in 2015, PaymentsCompliance provides high value regulatory information solutions that allow clients to continuously monitor and respond to fast moving regulatory, legal and compliance developments across multiple jurisdictions.

David Morgan, CEO, commented: “This award recognises the hard work of our team in their continuous passion to develop actionable intelligence that directly supports compliance professionals in effectively managing their governance, risk and compliance strategies. We are extremely proud of our high client satisfaction and retention rate, and this recognition reflects our positioning in the industry and our dedication to innovating and offering increased value to our clients.

The Card and Payments Awards are open in various categories to credit, debit, prepaid and charge card issuers, co-brands, merchant acquirers and other payment service organisations in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. There are a range of categories covering key disciplines and offering organisations the opportunity to showcase achievements. Ultimately, success at the awards can be leveraged on consumer-facing communications.
