UK: Payments System Regulator Consults on Paper Related to the Use of Data in the Payments Industry

On June 13, 2018, the Payments System Regulator (PSR), in its capacity as the regulatory body that promotes competition and innovations and ensures that the payment system operates effectively and towards the service-users’ interests, released a discussion paper (DP18/1) on the use of such data in the payments industry, soliciting the public’s feedback.
