On July 2, 2019, the Financial Ombudsman Service published a consultation on its model for future funding, seeking feedback from stakeholders on the funding of the service, where payment protection insurance (PPI) complaints will take less significance in its caseload and where it is expected to receive a variety of complaints, leading to more complex work.
This consultation will be the last step of the ongoing consultations and conversations with stakeholders.
