UK: FCA Issues 'Dear CEO Letter' on Requirements for SCA in Card-Not-Present E-Commerce Transactions

On August 20, 2019, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) published a "Dear CEO Letter" on requirements for strong customer authentication (SCA) in card-not-present e-commerce transactions.
In line with the FCA’s request, UK Finance coordinated an agreed industry plan to implement SCA for card-not-present transactions for e-commerce as soon as practicable.
