The Lithuanian parliament has launched a public consultation on draft amendments to Personal Data Protection Act No. I-1374. This act implements provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The purpose of these amendments is to protect human rights and fundamental freedoms through a high level of protection of personal data, including new obligations created by the GDPR.
