On February 24, 2017, the CNIL, the French data protection authority, launched a consultation on three concepts of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): personal data breach notifications; consent; and profiling.
After the consultation, a working group will be organised in Brussels in the following weeks.
This consultation follows the first consultation organised by the CNIL in June and July 2016 on four topics of the GDPR: certification; data portability; data protection officer; and data protection impact assessments.
