Estonia: Ministry of Finance Issued a Regulation on Reporting Procedures for Own Funds of E-money Institutions

On September 9, 2019, the Ministry of Finance published a regulation on reporting procedures for the funds of electronic money institutions, principles for calculating the minimum value of an institution's required resources and schemes for reporting to the Financial Supervision Authority, reporting methodology and procedure for reporting.

The regulation applies to all legal entities authorised in Estonia that are electronic money institutions within the meaning of § 7(1) of the Payment Institutions and Electronic Money Institutions Act.
