Diagnosing the uneven adoption of different aspects of fintechs between member states as a result of too much variance in national regulatory regimes, the action plan highlights recent activities by the commission to ease the operation of fintechs between jurisdictions.
It follows a consultation on fintech in the EU, which ran between March and June last year.
