Uncertainty still swirls around the movement of data between the UK and Europe after Brexit, according to a report published by the House of Lords' European Union select committee last Tuesday.

The report looked into the current arrangement of data movement between European countries as the implementation deadline of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) approaches, as well as how the set-up will change after Brexit takes full effect.
