Big Tech Posing Big Questions To Regulators, FSB Finds

The body dedicated to monitoring the stability of the global financial system has urged regulators to monitor closely the impact of technology giants on financial services and cooperate on the supervision of third-party cloud services providers.

The Financial Stability Board (FSB) said in two reports released on Monday that the “complex and varied interlinkages” between big tech firms and traditional financial institutions “may be a source of risk” and should prompt “vigilant monitoring”.
